Novotel Ieper Centrum - Ypres

The breakfast choices were laughable, and the debris lying around was disgusting. I also expected a complimentary upgrade after all this chaos, but instead, i got nothing and almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

comfortable experience, ideal place for stopover. generally excellant service with parking outside. the reception with beer. marvellous location in flanders field, and 10 minute walk from bellewaerde.

Exceptionally comfortable beds and a kitchenette, thoughtful tea making facilities, and an opening window. The very central location right next to a subway station;))

It is a fabulous hotel and the rooms are stunning and the bathroom is spotless. The staff is kind, the breakfast is perfect. The location is very central, next to Very close to the square as well as the center of Ieper.

Great equipment of the rooms and good beds. I've had a great night's sleep.

we were with them as a group of 18 people. Unfortunately, we couldn't have dinner at their hotel.

A good stay full of surprises

The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the Menin Gate. The modern rooms were spacious and well-equipped.

The bar was underwhelming, lacking variety and service options. It would have been great to have a better selection, especially after a long day of sightseeing.

Sauna was not available (renovation work).

the parking situation was a bit confusing, but the location was perfect! the room was spacious with a comfortable bed, thoughtful tea-making facilities, and friendly staff who helped with directions! 😊👍

We needed a Hotel that was in central Ypres & for this reason it was excellent, 18 Euros per person for Breakfast was in our opinion very expensive & for that reason we did not take it!!

Great and pleasant place with extremely cheerful employees on another day when a new member of staff is starting. Great position in the center of Ypres, in the good area. Again, not far from Menin Gate.

The location is really good, just steps from the main square. Our family room was spacious and very comfortable, with great pressured showers and modern amenities. Air conditioning was inadequate was good, and we faced a frightening situation with another guest accidentally entering our room. The breakfast was quite good, but missing fresh orange juice. Improvements are needed in room allocation processes and some amenities.

The hotel was ideal for us as a weekend break as it was very central to the city centre

Shower was broken but apart from that, everything else was great

Modern, well manged, friendly staff who were always willing to help.Has an underground car park 11 euros.
